Brian has been a board member of four startup companies and one publicly traded company between 2010 and 2023. While serving as a Board Member three startups were acquired in all cash transactions and two closed financings.

Brian has also served as a M&A advisor to three startups is the same time period. One startup was acquired during the time that Brian was an advisor.

Brian has also served as a startup company interim manager.
